I picked the colors and the writing, and the cake came out exactly, exactly how I wanted it. It looked really, really right and I was super happy with it

The staff was sooo helpful and answered all my cake questions super quick and easy. Made everything feel really simple.

The ice cream cake itself tasted good, so no complaint there. But the box was really flimsy and the cake must’ve slid around during delivery. By the time it got here, the sides were all smashed up, and that part was weird. I wouldn’t expect a cake like that to be packaged so poorly.

I stopped by Carvel after dinner and, the ice cream hit the spot. I had a feeling it would be a decent stop, and I’m glad I trusted my instinct on that part.
The only downside was checkout. There seemed to be just one person handling both orders and payments, so the line dragged a little. Once I got to the register, paying was okay, but the card reader needed a couple tries, and I wasn’t really sure how the rewards worked in-store.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad visit, just a little frustrating right at the end. I’d still go back because the ice cream was good, but I’d definitely hope the checkout moves faster next time.

Customer service was really nice and friendly when I reached out about my order. It just, you know, took a little while before I got a clear answer. Not a bad experience at all... I just wish the response had been a bit quicker.

The taste was decent, but it was a little too sweet for me. The quality seemed fine overall, not bad at all, just not as creamy as I was expecting. Anyway, it’s okay if you like sweeter stuff, but I probably wouldn’t reach for it all the time.

I’ve ordered from Carvel maybe a handful of times now, and the ice cream has always tasted really fresh. I haven’t noticed any of that freezer-burn flavor you sometimes get, which I definitely appreciate. The cakes are soft and creamy, and they don’t taste dried out like they’ve been sitting around forever. Even the toppings seem like they were made recently. Overall, I’ve been really happy with the freshness so far. Easy 5 stars from me.

I order from Carvel.com every now and then, the portion sizes have been consistent each time. The sundaes and cakes usually look like what I’m expecting, not oversized one time and tiny the next. I did have one order where the toppings seemed a little light, but overall it’s been reliable and still really enjoyable. I’d give it 4 stars.

I’ve tried using my carvel rewards twice now, and both times it was such a hassle. My points weren’t showing correctly, the coupon wouldn’t scan, and the app kept kicking me out and making me log back in. Like, how is this okay for something that’s supposed to be a simple discount? not worth the headache just to save a little.

I ordered a cake online from Carvel and, i thought the whole thing was easy. The website was simple enough for me to use, I picked my pickup time, paid quickly, and didn’t run into any problems. When I got there, the cake was ready and looked just like what I had ordered. From my experience, I’d definitely use it again.

I ordered a custom cake for pickup, but somehow the flavors were wrong?? The name was spelled correctly at least, so that part was fine, but it was still annoying since the whole point was getting the custom order right.

It tasted fine overall, so I can’t really complain about the flavor. I guess I was just expecting it to feel a bit more consistent in quality. Some parts seemed better than others, which made the whole experience feel a little uneven.

Stopped in for some ice cream and the place was clean overall. The tables looked like they’d been wiped down, which was nice. There was a little bit of a mess on the floor near the door, but nothing too bad. Still a good place to grab a treat.

I checked the hours online before heading to my local Carvel, but when I got there they were already closed. Kind of frustrating since I made the trip just for ice cream, lol. Would be great if the hours could be kept updated

I’ve ordered a few times and it seems like they’re usually reliable, though every now and then it shows up later than expected. I’m guessing it depends on how busy they are, because most of the time everything is okay
